PUSH UP Challenge

Build upper body strength and endurance with my 28 Push-Up Challenge. This program includes 5 workouts each week for 4 weeks, progressively increasing the intensity and variety of push-ups. Focused on chest, shoulders, triceps, and core, this challenge will help you master push-ups and enhance your overall fitness.

This is a shorter workout challenge and a great add-on to your existing routine.

However, avoid doubling up on days when your main workout already includes push-ups.

Pull Up Prep Challenge

Ready to conquer your first pull-up? My 4-Week Pull-Up Prep Challenge is designed to strengthen the muscles needed for pull-ups using only dumbbells and kettlebells. This program will build a solid foundation in your back, shoulders, biceps, and core. No bar/rig is needed. It is truly a program designed to prepare you to get onto a pull up bar.

This challenge will take around 20 minutes but only focuses on back, shoulders, bicep and core strength.

No, you don’t have to do the add-ons or courses. You will always have access to the regular Rebuild program, which forms the core of your fitness routine. The add-ons and courses are optional and available to you whenever you want to target specific areas or add variety to your workouts. They are there to provide additional support and flexibility, helping you meet your specific needs whenever necessary.
